I purchased tickets to the Kenny Chesney concert on June 2nd, [redacted], at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, PA. Upon arriving, the tickets we bought from StubHub did not scan and were declared invalid at the entrance. We had to go to the box office, where we were informed that the tickets were no good as the seller had already received a refund and resold them. This left us frustrated and angry after standing in line for hours and spending $[redacted]. We had to buy new tickets, ended up with bad seats, and missed out on the seats we originally purchased. I still have the voided tickets with me. We contacted StubHub for help, but they were unhelpful. We seek a refund for the unusable tickets and compensation for the unsatisfactory seats we had to settle for. Our original tickets were for section Lower [redacted], Row E, Seats 7 & 8, but we ended up in Section [redacted], Row LL, Seats 23 & 24, which were disappointing. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you, K. Leonard.

I purchased 2 Liverpool tickets for £[redacted].25 (long side lower tier) but received a different ticket (upper tier second last row) worth around £30-45. According to our agreement, I should receive a 25% discount and a refund. Despite speaking with Ladka and Alvaro and being assured that the refund was processed on 27 April, I have yet to receive it as of 12th June. I have reminded them but still no refund has been issued. I am very disappointed as I traveled from Malaysia for this experience but received poor service from StubHub. I hope for a prompt response and resolution. Thank you.

On May 21, [redacted], I received an email from Stubhub notifying me of a price drop for tickets to the US Hockey Hall of Fame Game in Las Vegas, which I had favorited. I promptly purchased the tickets from the website, downloaded and printed them. However, three weeks later, I was informed of an issue with the seller, rendering my tickets invalid. The replacement tickets offered to me are dissatisfactory as they are of lower quality compared to the original ones. Despite claims of equal value, the new tickets are far from being an adequate replacement, as they are now nosebleed seats. I am disappointed in the lack of compensation for the discrepancy in seating quality. Stubhub, the platform that initially alerted me to these tickets, should have provided seats of similar quality to the ones I originally purchased. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and let down. - R.V. Brodeur

I purchased tickets from your company for a Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor concert in Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, Bonnie Raitt had to cancel due to illness, which is the main reason I bought the tickets. Prior to the show, I requested a refund from your customer service representative, but he was impolite and refused to let me speak with a manager. I informed him I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, and his response was excessive, leaving me feeling mistreated and cheated. Now, after offering me a $[redacted] credit, access to my account has been blocked. It seems unfair that you informed the credit card company of the credit without providing me access to it. This situation is frustrating and unjust.

I purchased tickets from you for a show in Charlotte, NC featuring Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor. Unfortunately, Bonnie is unwell and had to cancel, which is the main reason I bought the tickets. I requested a refund well in advance, but the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager. I mentioned disputing the charge with my credit card company, and the interaction became hostile and unfair. Now, you are contesting my dispute, offering a credit to my account as a resolution, but then blocking my access to the account. This situation is unjust and frustrating. Please resolve this matter fairly. I hope StubHub will address this issue appropriately.

Regarding Order #[redacted]49, I am contacting you due to an unpleasant experience with StubHub. I bought a ticket to the musical Hamilton for the same night I am now writing this email. Sadly, I was informed at the venue that the ticket was not transferred by the seller and promised a full refund. However, this situation goes beyond the refund. StubHub's app and email indicated that my ticket was "ready," misleading me until the last minute. Traveling 12 hours from Alabama to Chicago for a special family outing, the expectation to enjoy the show was ruined by this technical flaw and insufficient service. Given the circumstances, I request an additional $[redacted] credit for the expenses I incurred due to this mishap. I am disappointed by the false assurances provided by StubHub, which led to such a disappointing outcome. Thank you, Andrew C. Billings

We purchased expensive 5th row seats months ago with the expectation of being centrally located. However, upon checking my Flash Seats account recently, it now indicates a "left view" for seats 91, 92, 93, and 94. This was not specified during the purchase. I will be attending with the owner of the Colorado Rockies and want to ensure that he is satisfied with the seats, given the significant amount paid. Can you clarify the exact location of these seats at Red Rocks as they seem to be towards the end and not centrally situated.

I purchased two tickets (order number [redacted]27 for $97.74) and a $[redacted].00 parking pass (1-[redacted]/CH6) for an event that was supposed to be hassle-free, but we only got to see 45 minutes of the show. This is unfair, and I am seeking a refund. Email sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

I was charged for items I never received, despite calling customer service about the missing order. Even after giving my credit card details over the phone, the order wasn't found. I eventually asked for the order to be canceled and bought new tickets, which I also didn't receive confirmation for. My credit card company discovered that StubHub had the wrong email address on file. I mistakenly entered the wrong email on my phone. I have proof from my credit card company showing the incorrect email address used for the ticket purchase. I need a manager to address this issue as the mistake could have been caught during the phone call when I provided my credit card information. Both charges were requested to be refunded but were denied. Without the tickets, I couldn't attend the event. Please offer a resolution so I can recoup the $[redacted].76 spent on tickets I never received. The email address on file was mikeandlauramac815@gmail, which was not noticed by customer service. I'm willing to provide evidence via email if needed.

I recently bought a ticket for a show through StubHub. The event requires some travel on my part, and it's already sold out, making buying a resale ticket a bit of a risk. Nevertheless, I'm eager to attend. Upon receiving the ticket via email two weeks ago, I noticed wording stating "Resale invalidates this ticket." Since the ticket is a resale and bears someone else's name, I'm concerned. I need StubHub to verify if the ticket will be valid for entry or to communicate the issue to the seller. If it turns out the ticket is unusable, I would like a refund.

On May 2, [redacted], around 2:00 p.m., I bought 4 tickets for the show "A Bronx Tale." I mistakenly selected tickets for the evening of 5/2/18 instead of the matinee on 5/12/18 (Order no. [redacted]50). After realizing my error, I tried calling StubHub without success, so I emailed them at 2:17 p.m. outlining the mistake. Shortly after at 2:18 p.m., I got an automated reply from StubHub indicating no one was checking that email address, directing me to their help center. I then promptly contacted KeyBank, and they confirmed the charge would be reversed. The next day, on 5/3/18 at around 9:07 a.m., I purchased 4 correct tickets for the 5/12/18 matinee (Order no. [redacted]77). Later, on 5/22/18, KeyBank informed me they couldn't assist with obtaining credit as they deemed it not a merchant's fault. I kindly request for assistance from Erika at KeyBank Customer Disputes (1-[redacted]) to resolve this issue. Please keep me updated. Thank you, Tom O'Connor, c: [redacted], o: [redacted], [redacted]

I bought tickets for the Texas Rangers game for July 20, which turned out to be great. However, the parking ticket I purchased for Lot J was invalid when I tried to enter. Despite going to the ticket office and having it reprinted, it still didn't work. After a frustrating experience and having to speak to a supervisor, I finally got permission to park in the spot. This caused me to miss out on watching warmups and getting autographs, and I was not happy with StubHub's service. Spending $33 on parking and dealing with this hassle for two hours was not what I expected. This experience has made me reconsider using StubHub again and stick to official websites to avoid similar issues in the future.

I am Jean J. I purchased concert tickets and expected to receive them via email. However, upon contacting customer service, I learned I needed to log into my account to access them. The representative advised holding off on printing the tickets until closer to the event. Unfortunately, as the concert approaches, I cannot log in as my password is being rejected. Despite requesting a password reset and being told an email was sent, I have not received it. Feeling anxious without my tickets, I seek assistance in retrieving them. My order number is [redacted]03 for the Imagine Dragons concert in Bozeman, MT, with seats in end zone [redacted], Row 32, seats 9 & 10. Please reach out to me via my work email at [redacted] or call me at [redacted].

A few weeks ago, I listed 2 tickets for a Monsta X concert on August 3rd on StubHub. The listing process went smoothly. Recently, I decided to lower the price, which was also successful. But after checking Ticketmaster for ticket prices in a new tab, I noticed that my listing had disappeared from my StubHub account. I checked all the sales and listing categories, including active, pending, deactivated, and expired, but my tickets were nowhere to be found. I verified that I was using the correct StubHub account and hadn't listed them elsewhere. When I attempted to relist the tickets, I received a message stating they were already listed and to check my deactivated listings, which still did not display my tickets. Despite looking through all my emails and tabs on StubHub, including spam folders, I couldn't locate the missing listing. I am concerned about the pricey tickets and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I purchased tickets for the July 21 Washington Nationals vs. Atlanta Braves game while in Washington DC with my family. The game got rained out and was initially canceled. Days later, I learned that it was rescheduled for Tuesday, August 7 at 1 o'clock. I explained to the customer service team that I couldn't attend this new date and time. However, they insisted the game was still on and that I could use the tickets for a doubleheader on that day or sell them. They eventually sold for $[redacted], but I received a confusing message from PayPal about only getting $18 back. The situation feels like a scam, as I didn't intend to buy tickets for a different date or time if the original one got canceled. I'm frustrated with this experience and am considering taking further action to resolve this issue.

Hello, I encountered an issue with one of the Ed Sheeran concert tickets I purchased at the ROSE Bowl. At the event last night, it turned out that one of the four tickets I bought was not accepted. Although I had downloaded the StubHub app to ensure a smooth experience, this particular ticket appeared differently from the rest and only displayed half, causing it to be unscannable. This situation was quite frustrating for our group of four who attended the concert together. I attempted various troubleshooting methods like closing and reopening the app and trying different ways to access the ticket, but unfortunately, nothing worked. I have taken a screenshot to illustrate the problem, which I can email to you if you provide an email address. Alternatively, you could access my account to see the issue for yourself. I believe a refund for the unusable ticket is appropriate under these circumstances. Here are the details of my order: Order Number: [redacted]20 | Order Date: 08/18/[redacted] Ed Sheeran Tickets Sat, 08/18/[redacted], 7:00 PM US/Pacific (Event time subject to change - Check local listings) Rose Bowl - Pasadena, CA 4 tickets Field B 4 Row 20 | Seats 3, 4, 5, 6 Billing Review Ticket Price (4 tickets): $[redacted].60 Total Fees*: $[redacted].88 Order Total: $[redacted].48

I bought two tickets for the 2 PM show of *Hamilton* on Broadway for Saturday, August 4, [redacted]. Upon arriving at the theater, we were informed that our tickets were invalid. While StubHub issued a refund, I am dissatisfied. We traveled to NYC for this show, trusting StubHub's tickets. A mere $[redacted] credit doesn't address the issue. I want to understand why the tickets I bought were rejected and need valid replacements for my wife and myself, courtesy of StubHub, for a suitable performance slot. - Ben L.

Dear StubHub, I am writing to address my dissatisfaction with a recent ticket purchase experience. I acquired 2 General Admission tickets for a Paramore concert in Manila from your site due to the event selling out quickly. The tickets, originally priced at PHP1,[redacted], cost me PHP3,[redacted].29 each, including a 10% service charge. Despite the concert occurring 29 days later, you only processed and shipped the tickets on August 16, [redacted]. I encountered further issues when the courier, 2GO Express, failed to deliver the tickets to the correct address on August 18, [redacted], as the contact number provided was incorrect. An unsatisfactory chat with your agent Artur on August 21, [redacted], added to my frustration. The delay in shipping and communication errors have led to uncertainty about receiving the tickets in time for the concert. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in your service and has made me reconsider using StubHub in the future. Sincerely, Mark Gabriel M. Galinato

To whom it may concern, I am Silvana Rodríguez from the operational department of the credit card belonging to Mr. Gastón Cobarcos, who experienced a fraud through Stubhub. We are seeking your assistance in recovering the funds. We are currently investigating a potential fraud on his Mastercard. We have also opened a case for them to get in touch with you. Mr. Cobarcos does not have a Stubhub account, and we are unable to identify the transactions based on his email. We would appreciate it if you could review the dates, times, and amounts provided below to determine the user who made the purchases or from which country. This will help us confirm if fraud has indeed occurred and identify the fraudulent user if so. In that case, we need to process the refund to Mr. Cobarcos through Mastercard as the amounts involved are significant. It would be ideal to halt these transactions and refund the tickets to prevent Stubhub from suffering losses in this matter. 12/07/[redacted] 04:12:52 for $[redacted].89 12/07/[redacted] 04:17:00 for $[redacted].44 Regards, Silvana Gales Financial Services Inc.
