I am experiencing issues with the tickets I purchased for a Volunteer Tennessee football game. Despite contacting customer service for replacement tickets, the emails I received did not contain scannable barcodes, causing difficulties when entering the event. This resulted in some attendees being unable to access the game and forced to purchase new tickets at the venue. I am seeking a refund for the seven unusable tickets and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I did manage to utilize the three tickets from a separate purchase successfully.

To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal user of StubHub for many years for concerts and sporting events. Recently, I encountered an issue with a Hamilton ticket purchase for my girlfriend. After receiving a confirmation email assuring me of the ticket delivery by the end of the day, I was later informed that the seller could not fulfill the order. Despite reaching out, I was told there were no replacements, leaving my girlfriend disappointed as I had planned to surprise her with the tickets. Not only was I charged for tickets I never received, but I was informed it would take 3-5 days for a refund, making it impossible to purchase replacement tickets due to the high cost of Hamilton tickets. This experience has deeply saddened us, and I hope for a resolution to restore my trust in your services. Thank you, Zach Mcghee

I bought 2 tickets for the Hobo Johnson and the Lovemakers show at Paradise Rock Club in Boston on November 11, only to find out later that the date and venue had been changed to the Boston House of Blues the next day. I wasn't notified by StubHub of this change, and if I hadn't checked, I would have missed the show. My friend and I can no longer attend, and I'm quite disappointed as we were looking forward to this concert for months. I hope something can be done about this situation as we will miss out on seeing the band in Boston.

Hello, I recently received an email admonishing me for directly contacting the buyer of my tickets without prior permission. I reached out to Stubhub customer service via email to inquire about this situation because the ticket vendor Telecharge does not have a simple transfer option. The tickets were purchased by the buyer on Wednesday night for an event taking place on Friday, 11/16. Upon receiving the sale notification email on Wednesday night, I immediately attempted to set up the transfer link through Telecharge. The following morning, both the buyer and customer service informed me that the link was not functional. Despite my responses to both parties, Stubhub customer service did not provide a response. To ensure the buyer received the tickets on time for the event, I forwarded the tickets directly to her as a precaution. I would be happy to provide additional details if needed, with hopes for a more efficient customer service solution in similar situations in the future. Best regards, K.H.

I'm disappointed about being charged $68 for my tickets not having the correct format. It was frustrating not to be notified about the issue prior to being charged. Despite my attempts to contact support via email, I did not receive any responses. Order number: [redacted]43 | Order date: N/A Event: Wisconsin Badgers at Penn State Nittany Lions Football Tickets at Beaver Stadium, 11/10/[redacted] Section: Lower Level End Zone NF | Row: 8 | Quantity: 4 tickets I understand the importance of providing valid tickets in the correct format. I acknowledge that scanned copies do not qualify as valid tickets, and I accept the consequences outlined in the seller policies and user agreement. The charge of $68.8 was processed through PayPal. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I'm Patrick O'Brien, and I've been trying to contact StubHub several times since my ticket was rejected at the Electric Zoo festival on Labor Day weekend. I've been using my email address, [redacted], without success. Therefore, I'm trying this email template in the hope of resolving the issue. In July, I purchased a $[redacted].20 ticket for Electric Zoo, my first music festival. Upon arrival, I couldn't enter as the wristband didn't activate the sensor. As a first-time StubHub user, I was unsure but still tried. Despite attempting to call, I couldn't reach their customer support due to long wait times. I believe there was a misunderstanding, as StubHub is known for handling counterfeit ticket issues professionally. Here are my order details: Order Number: [redacted]60 Order Date: 07/24/[redacted] Event: Electric Zoo 3 Day Pass Tickets (August 31 - September 2) Location: Randall's Island, New York, NY Ticket Type: General Admission Ticket Price: $[redacted].00 Fees: $67.70 Discount: -$13.50 Order Total: $[redacted].20

Yesterday, I bought three NHL game tickets for my family using my son-in-law's account. The tickets were for the lower section and cost $[redacted] each. Upon arrival, I was informed via email that the tickets had already been claimed. Despite multiple disconnections and over 2 hours on the phone with customer service while driving to the game, we eventually reached a supervisor named Jared. While sitting outside the venue, we were offered a 50% discount on the original tickets and three seats in the nosebleed section, which was unacceptable as it was already halfway through the first period. Jared mentioned this was the best offer he could provide and stated he was taking a risk extending it. Dissatisfied, I requested a full refund. The whole ordeal ruined our family vacation night. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I will not be using StubHub again and will share my negative experience with others. It's truly a disappointment that this was the best resolution StubHub could offer.

Regarding Order [redacted]33, I purchased 3 tickets for Hello, Dolly! in Miami on Nov. 23. Despite the face value being $78.50, I paid over $[redacted] per ticket. Initially informed the tickets would arrive by Nov.21, StubHub later emailed me saying I needed to pick them up at Will Call. After providing my details to StubHub, I arrived early but found no tickets under my name. With the theater not at fault, I showed my order info and seat location to the Will Call rep, who eventually printed the tickets. Although the process was inconvenient, the theater staff eventually helped me. While I've not previously had issues with StubHub, this experience was frustrating. I appreciate the theater's assistance and hope StubHub considers taking action against the seller of this order. Thank you. -Glenn Geffner

I am requesting a refund for the excessive transaction fees I incurred with my recent ticket purchase (Order #[redacted]10). The fees amounted to over $[redacted], nearly 30% of the total cost, which is unreasonable. I contacted customer service and provided screenshots showing that the fee breakdown was not clearly visible during the purchase process. I was under the impression that the price displayed for the tickets was all-inclusive until I received the email confirmation. As a loyal customer, I hope to continue using StubHub without encountering such unexpected charges in the future.

Subject: Inquiry Regarding Ticket Purchase Hello, I recently bought two Joe Bonamassa tickets for the Long Beach Terrace Theater show on 11/23/[redacted]. I initially purchased these tickets for my son and his wife, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they couldn't attend. I tried to sell the tickets on your platform since I've had positive experiences buying from you in the past. This was my first attempt at selling tickets. Two days before the show, I found better tickets for myself and a friend on Stubhub, so I purchased those instead and attempted to sell the tickets I got from ticketmaster on your site. Surprisingly, I was able to sell the ticketmaster tickets successfully, but there was an issue with the transfer process. I received a voicemail just 15 minutes before the show started notifying me of the problem. It turns out there was a step on the ticketmaster app that I missed, even though I thought I had completed all necessary steps after clicking the "click here" link in the confirmation emails. I felt terrible for the buyers, and I understand they were refunded. However, I was charged a $76.57 PayPal fee for this oversight, which I hope to be refunded as it was an honest mistake. I respectfully request a refund of this charge. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I had a wonderful time at the show. Best regards, T.P.

A couple of weeks back, I bought tickets from StubHub for the Bonamossa show in Long Beach on Fri., 11-23-18. Later, I purchased tickets for my son and his wife from Ticketmaster for the same show, but they couldn't attend. I then decided to sell both sets on your site after finding better seats on another platform for a similar price. After receiving emails confirming the sale, I went to the show. However, upon returning home, I discovered a voicemail received during the show stating the tickets I resold were not transferred correctly and the buyers couldn't get in. The next day, I contacted your team and was informed of the issue. I unintentionally made an error and was charged $76.57. This was my first time using your selling service, and I was unaware of the correct transfer process. I am disappointed by the outcome, and I hope to be refunded. Despite this experience, I have always enjoyed buying tickets from your platform and plan to continue doing so. Next time, I will ensure not to repeat the same mistake. Thank you, Tammy Pawelczak

I sold tickets for face value to an individual for the University of Texas vs. University of Southern California game in September. I shipped the tickets via FedEx, which arrived on 9/11/18. However, a day later, the tickets were resold on StubHub without my knowledge. StubHub has the seller's name but will not provide it to me. The buyer believes I was the one who sold the tickets on StubHub, which is not the case since I don't have an account there. The buyer received a refund from PayPal, and now I am being pursued by a collection agency for $[redacted]. I suspect foul play involving StubHub and PayPal and have involved the local news for investigation. Both the University of Texas and StubHub confirmed the ticket resale on 9/12/18. I am seeking resolution and a reinstatement of my credit. I am waiting for a response from Nick at their Trust and Security department. I would like StubHub to cooperate with PayPal to credit my account and provide the seller's information. I have been a loyal season ticket holder for 30 years.

I bought physical tickets with barcodes in Cape Canaveral on Oct 16th. To my disappointment, when I arrived at the Miami/Pitt NCAA football game on Nov 24th, the tickets were invalid. It seems a StubHub member was double selling tickets. I have reported this to the police, and I have photographic evidence of the individual and their StubHub receipt. Is there a way to track the bank location where the fraudulent seller received the funds for the tickets? Providing a bank address or routing number may help identify the person. I can wait for the bank's name until after the investigation. Thank you, David S.

I purchased two John Legend tickets through the StubHub mobile app using Order Number [redacted]72. The app is now instructing me to accept the tickets using an email on another site, which is confusing and frustrating. I prefer dealing directly with StubHub and not having to navigate through different platforms. Additionally, I received an email from StubHub Customer Experience with a different order number ([redacted]34-2) mentioning that I would receive an email from the ticket provider, which contradicts my understanding that StubHub was the ticket provider. This lack of clarity and the possibility of being redirected to other providers is disappointing. I have been waiting in a chat queue for over 20 minutes. This experience has been the worst, and I hope for clearer communication and more direct service in the future.

I mistakenly bought tickets that I didn't intend to purchase. Upon realizing the error, I contacted customer service immediately. While browsing your website to compare prices, I got curious about some tickets. However, after receiving the order confirmation for the purchase made with my Discover card, I realized it was a mistake. I had not meant to buy them at that moment. The tickets are now in my Flash Seats account, and I am reaching out to cancel the order. If this isn't possible, I will have to dispute the charge with Discover. I've used your service before and was pleased with it. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

Hello, On October 28th, I purchased 2 tickets from StubHub for an event on December 1st. Upon arrival at the event, the tickets were scanned, and we were informed they had already been used just an hour prior, preventing our entry. Forced to purchase 2 new tickets on site, I am highly disappointed by this experience. As a first-time StubHub customer, I had faith in the legitimacy of the service and expected better buyer protection policies. Spending over $[redacted] on tickets, encountering such issues is simply unacceptable. This situation has made me question why it should feel safer to buy tickets from Facebook. Your prompt attention and a refund are much anticipated. Thank you, Nikki S.

Our travel agency in Dubai recently organized a trip for 19 journalists to watch a football game in Italy. We purchased tickets through StubHub who claimed to be an authorized agent for Real Madrid. Despite numerous attempts since November 10, [redacted], StubHub failed to provide us with the tickets and gave us misleading information. When the group arrived in Italy, they were left without tickets for the game. The journalists have expressed intentions to take legal action against our agency due to this issue. We are seeking urgent assistance from StubHub management to resolve this matter as the sales and support teams have not been helpful. We trusted StubHub as an eBay company assuming the same standards of quality and customer service. Please provide us with a reliable contact at StubHub to address this situation promptly.
