I bought 2 concert tickets around 11/07 to see Dan & Shay and Chris Lane on 3/30/[redacted]. I got the confirmation email but never printed the tickets. Today, when I went back to print them, I couldn't find the email in my inbox or trash. I tried logging into StubHub to access my account for the tickets, but I can't log in. I've tried to reset my password but I'm not getting the link. I may have created an account or checked out as a guest. I don't have the order number, only the purchase details from my credit card statement. Can the email be resent so I can get my tickets? Thank you for any help.

I am frustrated by the charges I received for not being able to deliver tickets. Despite attempting multiple times through the AXS and Flash Seats apps and email, the purchaser did not accept them promptly. I proceeded to cancel the order on AXS, assuming it was the correct step. Clarity in instructions is essential, and timely acceptance by buyers is important. I have used StubHub before without issues, so being charged an additional $48 seems unnecessary. If this is not refunded, I will avoid using this service in the future and leave a negative review. I ultimately had to give the tickets to a friend at a loss because they couldn't be sold.

To whom it may concern, I traveled from Australia to enjoy some sporting events in the USA. Initially, I bought San Jose Sharks tickets that were conveniently sent to my phone. Later on, I purchased expensive Lakers tickets for the game on 12/10 against the Miami Heat, and I had to pick them up, which was a hassle. Short on time, I couldn't locate your hotel pickup spot, and there was no signage indicating where to collect the Stubhub tickets. It was frustrating to spend 30 minutes searching in a city of 5 million people where I've never been before. Missing half of my first NBA experience was disappointing. I think it would be fair to receive a 50% reimbursement for the ticket costs due to the confusion. The old Stubhub address is still listed online, and when I tried calling for help, it asked for my phone number, which I couldn't provide as I'm from another country.

Dear StubHub,
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling of the Childish Gambino concert in Denver. Despite being a loyal fan and planning a special trip around the event, I was not informed of the changes and ultimately incurred significant financial losses. StubHub's failure to notify me about the rescheduled concert amidst numerous promotional emails has left me feeling betrayed and out of pocket. After attempting to sell the tickets at a loss, I only recovered a fraction of the amount I had originally spent.
The experience has been disheartening, as I had to spend a substantial sum on travel expenses without being able to enjoy the event as planned. I reached out to StubHub for assistance but was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of empathy for my situation. This whole ordeal has made me question the integrity of entertainment companies and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I urge StubHub to reconsider their handling of this matter and provide me with appropriate compensation for the losses I have incurred. Restoring my faith in your services would help me regain confidence in using StubHub for future events.
Sincerely,
- Disappointed Customer

This is only my 2nd time using StubHub to sell tickets, and I am still new to this. I attempted to list tickets for Michelle Obama at the Barclays Center for December 19th. Despite following all the listing instructions, I kept receiving errors and warnings. I thought I did something wrong and attempted to redo the listing, unknowingly creating what seemed like 2 sales of the same tickets. When I realized this, I contacted StubHub right away and spoke to a representative who assured me the issue would be resolved, possibly with a small fee. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].78 on my American Express for what was explained as a penalty for a double sale. As a beginner, I did not intentionally create a double sale and feel misled by the website's instructions. I trust that StubHub will address this situation promptly and cancel the $[redacted].78 charge on my American Express. Please reach out to me urgently.

Hello!
I have a question about selling a pair of tickets for the BTS Love Yourself Concert in Bangkok. For this event, you must collect the tickets at the venue and can do so only if you are the cardholder or have copies of the cardholder's ID, credit card, and a signed Power of Attorney as well as the e-ticket.
1) Is it possible to communicate with the buyer to share information until they receive the paper ticket?
2) When creating the ad, what should I label the ticket? It's not precisely an e-ticket since you have to pick up the "valid ticket" at the venue, yet it's not a paper ticket either since I don't have a physical ticket yet.
Thank you,
Maja

I attempted to sell a concert ticket, but it did not show up on my profile after listing it several times due to a potential connection issue. Despite that, I kept uploading it without success. However, I now received emails indicating that the ticket has been sold. I mistakenly listed the same ticket multiple times, resulting in several individuals purchasing the same ticket. I would like to refund those buyers after the initial purchase to avoid any disappointment at the venue. How can I reach out to them and provide the refund? Thank you.

Hello StubHub Customer Support,
I recently bought a ticket to see Three Days Grace and Disturbed in Inglewood, CA. I have a concern about the ticket delivery as I am in the military stationed in Twentynine Palms, CA, but my StubHub address is in NY. The tickets are due to arrive on Jan 9th, but mail takes a long time where I am. I was wondering if an electronic barcode could be provided so I can enter the concert without waiting for the physical ticket. Looking forward to your assistance.
Regards,
Nick.A.Seymour

I recently spent a lot of time trying to obtain the ticket I bought from you, Order #[redacted]59. Despite canceling, the process caused me much wasted time and effort. I had to cancel other parts of my planned trip, including airfare and hotel bookings. To make up for this, I request a voucher credit for my next purchase. Thank you.
Email from 12-19: Hi Frederick, We regret to inform you that the seller was unable to provide your tickets, resulting in your order being canceled. We are taking measures to prevent this issue in the future.
Email from 12-20: Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the canceled order. If the buyer has not accepted the tickets, please recall and transfer them to [redacted]

I bought tickets three months ago, and a week later, I was notified that the original seats were unavailable and I was moved back three rows. When the new tickets were not "released" the day before the event, I contacted customer service who assured me everything was fine. However, on the day of the event, I was informed that the seller backed out, and I had to settle for inferior tickets without a refund. Despite my initial seats being three rows from the stage, I ended up in the fifth row without any compensation. When questioning the ticket release delay, I was told it was due to security measures by the event venue. Ultimately, I received last-minute mezzanine seats instead of the orchestra seats I had purchased. I acknowledge the importance of understanding ticket sale policies but believe this situation does not reflect well on your company. I intend to address my concerns further.

I purchased tickets to a Hamilton NY event, but the buyer cancelled resulting in a $[redacted] fee. The ticket did not specify "partial view." I've spent two hours trying to resolve this, but the representatives were rude. The chat support disconnects after [redacted] seconds of inactivity, which is too short. Here is a transcript of my conversation with Stephaun W.:
Stephaun W.: You are now connected with Stephaun W.
Simon: Hello.
Stephaun W.: Hey there, Simon.
Stephaun W.: Let me check your order.
Simon: My ticket doesn't say partial view. I didn't want those tickets.
Stephaun W.: The tickets are partial view. I can send you proof.
Simon: Please send it.
Simon: My ticket doesn't say partial view. I want the fee reversed.
Stephaun W.: I can't waive the fees, contact Ticketmaster.
Stephaun W.: I need to disconnect this chat due to delay. Thank you for using StubHub.

I purchased tickets over the phone at 6 pm today due to website issues. Upon arrival at the venue, the tickets couldn't be scanned. After multiple failed attempts, staff advised calling for assistance, but my battery was low. Following three emails seeking help, my phone died during a call, causing a 30-minute delay. I went back to my car to charge the phone before finally entering the game halfway through. Both the website and the tickets let us down, leading to a disappointing experience.

I purchased two tickets for a King Princess concert in Chicago back in November for $[redacted]. The charge went through, but closer to the concert date, I couldn't find the tickets. I reached out to StubHub, and they suggested repurchasing the tickets. Despite doing so, I never received follow-up on the initial charge. Frustrated, I filed a dispute, which unfortunately wasn't successful. I now seek a full refund for the tickets I never got and also for the ones I repurchased, as the situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted time leading up to and during the concert on January 18th or 19th.

Dear StubHub,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the tickets I purchased, which were listed at $25 each but ended up costing me well over $40 after additional fees. This discrepancy has left me feeling deceived and overcharged. As a regular user of your platform, this has been my worst experience with StubHub to date.
I kindly request a refund for the price difference between what I paid and the $25 stated on the tickets. I urge you to promptly credit my card for this amount and provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by this error in pricing.
My Order #[redacted]72.
I hope to receive a response within the next day or two before the event takes place.
Sincerely,
Tiffany

Order number: [redacted]92, Order date: February 3, [redacted]. I bought four baseball tickets for $35.00 each. My receipt shows seats GA1, GA2, GA3, GA4, but the tickets I received indicate Standing Room Only with no specific seat numbers. Comparable SRO tickets on Stubhub are priced at around $9.00 each. I suspect an error was made with my tickets. I have listed them on Stubhub at my original purchase price of $35.00 each, yet they are being displayed in the SRO section, which is not what I intended. Even if I manage to resell them at this price, I'll still incur a loss due to Stubhub fees. I kindly request to receive the correct $35 tickets with assigned seats, and I would prefer to keep them. If SRO tickets are my only option, I would like a full refund instead of selling the tickets at a price that seems unethical. Thank you for assisting me with this matter.

I listed my tickets for sale at $[redacted] each. After submission, I saw a page suggesting a price of $95 per ticket, but closed it as I wanted my price. However, my tickets ended up selling at $95 each. I canceled the order immediately to maintain my desired price. I was charged a $76 fee for canceling. When I contacted support, they explained that not adjusting the suggested price would keep it at that value. I am frustrated that my price changed without warning and that I am being penalized for this issue. I request the $38 fee be waived as it feels unfair to be charged for a system loophole in the listing process.

I am experiencing issues logging in to purchase or retrieve my tickets. Despite using the email address where I receive promotions, I do not receive a password reset email. Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience with selling tickets to a concert. A month after listing my 2 tickets for the Robyn show on Stubhub, with no bites, I decided to sell them on Craigslist for $[redacted], less than I could've made on Stubhub. To my surprise, I received an email from Stubhub hours before the concert, saying my tickets had sold. They are now trying to charge me 40% of the sale total, around $[redacted], even though I had already sold the tickets elsewhere due to their inaction. I believe this is unfair and I hope they reconsider this fee. I value loyalty and customer satisfaction, so I felt it was necessary to provide this feedback. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
S. Isaacson

I am extremely upset. I spent over $[redacted] on tickets and $[redacted] for travel to see Elton John at Barclays Center, only to find out that Stubhub sold the same seats to someone else. I planned to propose to my partner at the concert, but the experience was ruined. I am disappointed with Stubhub's service and demand a full refund to my card immediately, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused. The evening turned out to be a disaster due to your company's inefficiency. I expect prompt resolution or else I will report this to the Better Business Bureau, post on Yelp, and share my experience on social media. Thank you. - PM

I have contacted customer service three times, twice today and once earlier this week, regarding a ticket that I have not received yet. I was informed to call on the morning of the deadline if the ticket had not arrived to have it reviewed. I was assured a refund if I had not received the ticket by 1pm. I called twice, and the representatives confirmed they had requested a refund if the ticket had not arrived by 1pm, promising to send a confirmation email at that time.
Not receiving the email, I followed up, only to find out the ticket was made available four hours later by the seller, and I am still being charged. The unhelpful staff member I spoke to tonight even mentioned it was not their concern.
The conflicting advice from your staff and the lack of transparency is disappointing. I am still seeking a refund as my friend has already made alternative arrangements. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and have no intention of using your services again.
