I bought tickets for a Fleetwood Mac concert and had issues with my seat assignments as they were given to someone else. Contacted StubHub customer service and they provided replacement tickets promptly. However, the new seats did not meet my expectations. Although the new seats were not terrible, the experience was ruined by the inconvenience and sitting next to inconsiderate people. I was disappointed as I had hand-picked my original seats. Reflecting on how the original seats would have enhanced my experience, I regret using StubHub and will reconsider in the future. I hope to receive a refund for the unpleasant experience caused by someone else's error.

Hello. I need assistance with my StubHub listing. The tickets I have are in the PIT, but the closest option I found to select was Prime Orchestra. The ticket row is AAA, but it's not displayed on the map. I'm concerned that buyers might be confused about the location. The Listing # is [redacted]. The actual ticket location is PIT (pit orchestra), row AAA, in front of prime orchestra seats. I want buyers to understand why these tickets are priced higher. I'm also worried that the row AAA is not visible on the map, making buyers think it's a mistake. I understand changing the map might be complex but suggesting to add a note that some events have PIT seats might be helpful. The rows for the PIT section are AAA-CCC. Thank you.

I purchased tickets for a Clippers game on StubHub, expecting them to be delivered through Flash Seats. Unfortunately, the app didn't function properly, leading to frustration. After a lengthy wait on hold, I managed to access my account on a computer, transfer the tickets to another email, and download them via the AXS app. However, the transfer was subsequently canceled by AXS, causing additional confusion. While StubHub has been reliable in the past, I encountered significant issues with the Flash Seat delivery method. Despite expecting an email that never arrived, I eventually sorted it out after about an hour of effort. Hoping for smoother experiences in the future.

I recently sold an all-session ticket to the AAC Tournament in Memphis for $[redacted]. The buyer later contacted Stubhub about a refund because the first day ticket turned out to be general admission, unlike the other days with the assigned seat as indicated on the booklet (Section [redacted] Row B Seat 13). Even though the original price was $[redacted], the buyer was unhappy. After speaking with Stubhub, I was informed that my credit card was charged $54.83. Despite being told that the charge would be reversed due to the venue's error, I have yet to see the refund reflected on my credit card statement.

I purchased what I believed were suite tickets for Hamilton at the Saenger in New Orleans. However, upon arrival, I discovered they were handicapped tickets behind the suite with no access to the suite's amenities. The box office confirmed that suite ticket holders are entitled to complimentary food and drinks in the suite lounge, which I was denied. My tickets, labeled Suite C seats 5 & 6, did not provide the experience I paid for. The Saenger advised against buying tickets from Stub Hub, stating that these tickets were misrepresented. I am seeking a refund for the price difference as I paid $[redacted] each plus a $[redacted] handling fee for tickets that should have cost $[redacted]-$[redacted] each.

On Monday, March 18, [redacted], at 3:34 p.m., I sold a package of 3 tickets for Meek Mill, with Lil Durk and Kash Doll performing at Xfinity Theatre in Hartford, CT on Tuesday, March 19, [redacted]. I also sold 5 other tickets for the same event. Despite receiving multiple emails from StubHub, one claiming invalid tickets went to my scam folder. After noticing the unauthorized deduction from my account, I took all necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly. As an active StubHub seller, I've never encountered such an issue before. I recently bought tickets to see Puddle of Mudd through your website. I was thrilled about the concert and spent hours searching for three tickets. One of my friends had never seen them, and I really wanted her to go. On the day of the concert when I tried to print the tickets from my order, I realized I hadn't received them. This was unusual for me, so I contacted your customer service. After being told to call back in an hour, I found out that the seller had canceled. This was very disappointing, especially when my friends and I were all ready to go and excited about the concert. I wanted to share my experience from this evening when I purchased Warriors tickets at 3:45pm. Upon arriving at the stadium at 5:30pm, I encountered difficulty gaining entry. Despite having never faced such issues with StubHub, this time, after buying the tickets through their platform, I was prompted to sign into a Ticketmaster account, where I lacked an existing one. Following contact with customer service, I managed to enter the game only at half time. Not only did I spend $[redacted] per ticket for just half the game, but I also spent $40 on a StubHub parking pass that proved ineffective. Consequently, I had to pay $40 in cash for parking, totaling $80 just for parking expenses. While I have been a repeat StubHub user, this experience has left me disheartened after spending a substantial amount to watch only a portion of the game. I would appreciate your investigation of this matter and consideration of a refund for what was intended to be a wonderful Sunday afternoon at the Oracle Arena.

Despite being informed that the ticket "accept" email would be sent no later than April 4th for the Dallas Mavericks game on April 5th, I have yet to receive it. I bought a ticket for the Mets' opening day on April 4, [redacted], (order #[redacted]45). I purchased it at 12:30 pm for the 1:10 pm game. Despite living close to the stadium, I missed part of the game because the ticket didn't appear in my account in time. I called for a refund at 1 pm but was initially denied. After being put on hold for 14 minutes, the representative informed me at 1:14 pm that a refund couldn't be given, and coincidentally, my ticket had just arrived late in my inbox via the app. This poor service made me arrive at the stadium during the fourth inning. I have been a loyal customer of StubHub for years, but this experience has left me disappointed and considering other ticket sources.

I reached out to Stubhub and was truly impressed by the level of service I received. The individuals who assisted me were Wade, Cassidy, and Brandon. Wade was the original helper, Cassidy contacted my buyer to inform them of the issue, and Brandon double-checked to ensure the tickets were sent to the correct buyer. Their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency were unparalleled. I have never encountered such informed and understanding customer service representatives. We recently bought a parking pass for the Garth Brooks Concert at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Florida for $[redacted].53. When we arrived, we discovered the lot was free and we could park anywhere, rendering our numbered spot useless. If the lot had been full, our pass would have been worthless. The University staff mentioned the priciest lot was $50. Being unfamiliar with the area, we were willing to pay for parking. It's disappointing that the advertised "saved spots" weren't as described. I believe we were taken advantage of, and to rectify this, a refund for the ticket cost would be a fair gesture.

I sold tickets on your site and received confirmation details from both you and the buyer. However, on the day of the concert, over [redacted] tickets were removed from my account, claiming the buyer never received them. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I was informed that the tickets had already been used upon driving three hours to attend the event. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with unhelpful and rude customer service representatives without any resolution. I am extremely disappointed and plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general due to this poor business practice.
