I converted a regular plan($*.**) to a family plan for ($**.**)** months ago in August **** .. I have been been charged both the( $*.**) and the ($**.**) for * months or * billing cycles.....I was charged to my Chase card $**.** the **th of each month and $*.** on the **st of each month.. Request a refund on the ($*.** ) X * months and ask that you discontinue the $*.** billing moving forward...Want to maintain the family plan..
