I ASK THAT YOU FIX THIS AND GET ME BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH MY SONG LIST*LIBRARY OR I WILL BE CANCELLING IN ** MINUTES. AND I'M REQUESTING A REFUND FOR LAST * MONTHS OF PREMIUM AS I CANT GET IN. AND I WILL REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. WE CANT EVEN TALK TO A HUMAN TO GET ISSUE SOLVED.
