There's typically no need to notify Spotify if you've changed your mobile network provider. As long as you still have access to the internet either through your new provider or Wi-Fi, you'll continue to have access to Spotify. You only need your login credentials (email and password) to access your account. However, if you were paying for your Spotify subscription through your old network carrier and you'd like your new carrier to manage your Spotify billing, you need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe whenever the cancellation takes effect, choosing the option to pay through your new mobile network provider.
