so annoying to not be able to speak with a human. And this takes so much MORE TIME. Yours and mine. I am looking into purchasing a family plan. My questions are: *. can i use gift cards toward that family plan?**. How much is the family plan per month? I see different pricing on the web and cannot ascertain what's what. **. One of my children is away at college (and currently has a student subscription). Can he drop that plan and use our family plan as he lives at home when not in school.
