Hello,*My name is Susan Wilson and when I bought my new phone (***-***-**** & ***-***-****), the associate installed Spotify and where under the impression that we would not be charged since we are on a fixed income. Both my husband and I used it at first, but we never use it and would like to cancel. Could you please guide me in the right direction to cancel the subscription?
