I am trying to log into my account on the Spotify website. I no longer use the email address on the account (*****@***.com), so I would like to either change it, or close this account and transfer my subscription to a new account with my current email address. Unfortunately however, I have lost my username and password. When I try to reset my password on the website, I believe it is sending the access code to my old email which is now defunct. Although I am able to log into the app through my Facebook account (which has the defunct email address), this also doesn’t seem to be working on the website. Could I please get assistance?
