The issue in GetHuman-katietol's own words
I believe I am being billed monthly for both my family account with my spouse and a separate individual account. I have linked my account, associated with the email address K*****@***.com, to my husband's account *****@***.com. We are currently being billed properly for that account on his card, but my card with the same bank is being charged over ** dollars monthly as well, seemingly for an individual plan.
GetHuman-katietol did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
