Spotify turned off my offline data preferences without notice and without my knowledge, and I have been charged $** so far by AT&T for overages inmmy data plan as a result. My data plan is *gb, which I typically use *.*gb per month on average. I went through *gb in the first week of this billing period as a result of this unauthorized change to my data preferences. I was then charged $** to add *gb of data for the month, which went through in a DAY, and I was just charged AGAIN for another *gb because I went through that as well. I’m sure they will charge me again as my data will expire again at the end of the day. *You don’t get to **** with my data preferences, and they are set this way for a reason. I only use Spotify in offline mode, and by automatically turning this option off without my permission, notification, or authorization, you become liable for these additional charges I’ve incurred to my AT&T bill. I hereby demand $** credit to my Spotify account, and you must seriously consider turning off that “we will automatically turn offline data off after ** days”. That’s utter ********. If this happens again, I most definitely will be cancelling my subscription. **Jamie Breustedt****-***-****
