Hello. I have noticed that I have been charged $*.** on ****, ****, **** for an account that I thought was cancelled. I upgraded my hulu to no adds and I think that nullified my student deal. I thought that my spotify account had already been cancelled, as I switched to Apple Music in late May. PLEASE GIVE ME A FULL REFUND FOR ALL OF THE FAULTY CHARGES. I HAVEN'T USED MY SPOTIFY ACCOUNT IN THIS TIME. I don't even know the email associated with the account as I have received NO RECEIPTS OF PAYMENT THIS ENTIRE TIME.
