I have had an account with you for over * years and twice within the last month, I have been upgraded to a family account unwanted. I have contacted you to reverse this. The second time my account was adjusted to prevent the upgrade from happening again and protect my account, however,* I now cannot log into my account at all. It does not recognise my email address nor my facebook. I tried to make a new account but I cannot get my student discount to work as it is still attached to my old account. I would ideally like my old account recovered so that I can listen to the playlists I have built up over time.
