Find out why the $*.** refund was deposited and then taken back out of my bank acct the same day which made my bank charge me an over draft fee. ... I spoke with an agent near the beginning*middle of august ****. I was asking why my paypal and also my bank acct was being charged twice every month. "JOEY" explained (which i have the transcript of the conversation saved to my phone) that i mustve somehow signed up for two diff promotional offers. He told me that he was going to cancel the one and refund me my $*.** for the month of august. He did....august **th a refund was deposited back into my bank acct under the "paypal spotify USA ***-......." Acct transaction.....but ALSO the same exact day $*.** was taken out under the paypal acct *** that was supposed to be closed after he refunded the money. It sent my bank acct into overdraft of $**.**. I ALSO have a transaction under "Spotify USA ***-........" That takes $*.** out once a month. The *** acct is the one i kept and the *** acct is the one I thought we deleted and "refunded" back into my acct. I would like an explanation please on why one acct was refunded and supposed to be deleted but then the $*.** refund was taken back out of my acct the same day AFTER it was refunded under that acct. And I would please like to know when $*.** is going to be taken out of my acct under the *** spotify acct...i have ****** and then ******....I apologize but im kinda upset about the overdraft in my bank that i shouldve never received due to an extraction of a refund i was supposed to get. *Thank you*Stephanie
I literally spoke to someone (joey) via online chat about my acct being charged double every month. One of the promotional accts **** "paypal spotify USA" was deleted and I was refunded $*.** for the august **ths payment. I just checked my bank acct on the **th and the $*.** was refunded, but there was a charge the same day (*******) of $*.** under the acct that was refunded for paypal spotify USA acct **** which gave me an over draft fee of -$**.**. I can GLADLY provide proof of that as well to whoever needs it. I am very upset and confused as to why a company would refund money and then turn around and TAKE IT BACK?! I do not understand why you do not have (or no longer have) a way to TALK to someone about issues with peoples billing questions. Why should a paying customer have to use a third party (get human) to "resolve" these kinds of issues.
I want an actual PERSON that can help me to contact me via telephone or direct email from a rep from spotify. I want my refund put BACK into my acct as well as the over draft fee that was associated with the.withdrawl of the refund. I will*can provide proof of this being direct with the acct * as well as the date.
I love spotify. I dont even mind paying $*.**. I am fairly new to spotify (less than a year). I can listen to whatever I want when i want without ads.
