The issue in GetHuman-sounding's own words
i am being charged for spotify premium but can only access spotify free. i have followed spotify help and have reset my password using my email address but the only account registered is the one that says i am on spotify free. i have also signed onto facebook (following spotify help) and there is no spotify app there. i would like ot cancel my spotify premium membership asap as i am being charged for a service i cannot access.
