I need the charges reversed from my daughter's Spotify account. I asked her to remove my card information so that it would no longer be charged and it was charged today. I do not have her login information to be able to get into any sort of contact with anyone at your office or support to have these charges reversed and removed permanently. What do I need to provide to you to have this corrected ASAP?
