I have been being charged for the last * months for premium service which i have NEVER used. Why? Because i cant figure out how to log into my “premium” account. I only have * email addresses it could POSSIBLY be linked to, ive tried them both multiple times resetting passwords and everything and when i get in it tells me i dont have premium, yet i am being charged $*.** a month for it! PLEASE HELP this is very frustrating not being able to solve this on my own i would like to cancel my service PLEASE.
