My credit card is being charged for Spotify every month yet nobody in my family and no email addresses that we know is associated with Spotify. Our CapitalOne Visa is being charged on the **th of each month. No one in my family uses the Spotify service or even has the app. I also confirmed that we are not subscribed through Amazon or through any other services such as Facebook. With a little research Spotify will see that none of us have been using the service and therefore we would expect to have a full refund since the beginning of any fraudulent subscription. I would prefer to resolve this directly with Spotify instead of filing a fraud claim with Visa
