I have a charge of £*.** on my bank account.*I don't use spotify, i never even tried a trial version.*My account has been hacked the card cancelled.*I want the NAME and details the thief used to register to p*** on to natwest Fraud team to process my claim.*The authorisation code for the transaction is ****** that NatWest gave me.*the card used is ending in ****.*That should be sufficient to get back to me.
