I have a problem with my billing .. I see that for the past year an a half I have been billed twice each month .. I only have one premium account with you .. I would like to have it refunded .. I really enjoy using this feature but being billed twice is not appreciated.. the email I use is *****@***.com .. please I would rather talk to a live person but that option is not offered .. I already spoke to me bank in regards to this and they told me I have to contact you to get it reversed .. because I subscribe to spotifiy .. if a live person wants to contact me directly *** *** **** is my mobile number .. thx in advance I look forward to hearing from you
