I am a Starbucks partner and I am trying to figure out how to get free premium. I have had Spotify premuim before I got my Starbucks job so I canceled my premium and waited a month for the billing cycle as instructed. For some reason I cannot find the Spotify partner provisional portal to get my free premium. I have looked all over the internet but I haven’t been able to find a solution to my problem. I know that if I don’t get premium soon they will delete all of my off streamed music so I am hopping to hear back from you soon.
I trust that Spotify will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
