In December last year I signed up for the student discount that included Hulu for free and only costed $*.** a month. Well I checked my bank history and it only worked for a month (I’m still a full time student, didn’t take a break or anything) and then charged me $*.** for the last * months. So without my knowledge or an email updating me, I have been unknowingly been paying full price for both account each when I thought I was paying for the student discount since it told me it would work. I would like a refund and to find out how to keep my student discount on my account so we don’t have this problem again because I love Spotify. Thanks!!
