Dear Spotify, **My credit card has been charged **.** a month for the last two years. I dont use Spotify. Ever. Dont know how to use it. Never even opened it. However, when I check my account it says I'm signed up for Spotify Free. Its possible a child of mine opened an account. I've been trying to track down this charge for months and cancel it. My username is dberez. My email is *****@***.com. My credit card number is Amex ***************. I have NO idea what's going on and would like a refund. But lets start with the basics. Whose account is this? When was it set up? By whom? My DOB is *.**.**. My zip code is *****
