Hi, this is Aleyna Van Antwerp. I signed up for a Spotify premium account as a student and my request was denied because I lost service. I then refreshed my page several times and was charged several times for the account that I didn’t even recieve. I now have paid $*** and was not notified. I should only have had to pay $*.***taxes and only if I received a premium subscription. How do I get refunded for the money I lost? Please let me know. Thanks for your consideration.
