Find out why the plane sat on the tarmac FOR THREE HOURS. ... Flt **** from BWI to JAX left late because of weather. Arrived ahead of schedule at **:** instead of **:**...and has been sitting on the tarmac ever since. * *** hours and counting. Crew “apologizes for the delay”. Came in to the terminal* no employees to ask.
No one was giving the people in the terminal any feedback on why planes were not pulling up to the terminal. I was waiting from **:** am to *:** am for passengers TO DEPLANE **
Explain what happened
I fly Southwest as well and I’ve NEVER had an issue like this before. I’ve also NEVER had such a lack of basic customer service.
