Hello,**I have been charged $*.** on my credit card for a ride I took this AM* this was not authorize by me. It should have been $*.**. BTW, I also want to inform you that a driver ** (who was marked as very close to my house) transferred me over to another driver **, for unknown reasons. This caused a delay of over ** minutes making me very late for my Training Session as well. Considering that I should not be charged at all* instead I believe I am being double-charged.
