How did GetHuman-stemel do it?

Skype Name: stemel***Product name: Unlimited US & Canada ** months*Total amount: CAD**.***Transaction date: May **, *****Order number: ********************Order status: Delivered**I selected the option in May of **** to turn off Auto recharge, and have been billed again. I cannot even get into my account that shows the option anymore because everything changed when I reset Skype up when I purchased Microsoft Office a few years ago. Now everything defaults to Skype through Microsoft. *Also, with all the new products and changes to our cellular plans I do not use Skype anymore. I would like to cancel it but Skype has made it impossible for mr to figure out the process.*Can you process a credit of $**.** to my credit card.**Thank you. Brian Wilson****-***-****
