MADE A REPAIR APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. THEY HAD NO SERVICE TECH TO COVER THE SERVICE CALL, BUT INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW, THEY JUST DID NOTHING. I WAITED ALL DAY FOR A CALL THEY KNEW WAS NEVER COMING. I HATE THIS. YOU SHOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR BUSINESS. IT IS NO WONDER YOUR COMPANY ARE NOT DOING WELL. tHIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TO COMPLAIN AND I HOPE THE LAST. THEY RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY,AND I HOPE THAT WILL BE THE END OF THIS MESS. MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS.
