I ordered an ignition switch for my ram truck and it turned out it wasn’t the part I needed. Never used the part, literally only opened the box to look at it and put it right back. I went ahead & returned it, followed the instructions that were sent. I never received my money back & I received an email saying my return was invalid because I didn’t send it with the brand packaging. I’m not sure what exactly you all are asking for because I sent the package the exact same way it came. I returned the part, I just want my money back.
