Replace my damaged old ones ... The rotors I ordered are NOT the right ones! I ordered them a few weeks ago but it took time to be able to find a safe place to install them and now I'm stuck in a parking lot unable to get my stuff back on. I need them exchanged! I need the right size rotors! I paid nearly $*** and I order from your site all the time. This is the first time I've had an issue and I'm not impressed. I need help.
I'm a single mom, and I spent nearly $*** so I could replace my damaged rotors and put on new brake pads. I wasted * hours, on my only day off with my kids and I don't even have anything to show for it. I was doing them myself, by myself.
I just need to exchange these for the correct parts for my car, the parts I paid for and expected. I don't have money to go buy more.
Easily ** years, over * different cars. I have a fridge covered in magnets to show proof of every package. I have referred several people and rave about it all the time.
There's not really anything else I can try. I spent * hours, trying trying and trying to get the parts on, only to finally figure out why the caliper just would not fit back on.
