They operate exclusively online catalog to keep prices low and to be able to offer parts for a broad spectrum of vehicles. Customers are encouraged to contact RockAuto through the help tab on their website for the most up-to-date contact information.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed with Rockauto, you can't change part numbers on the order. If you've ordered the wrong part, you would need to place a new order for the correct part and return the incorrect one. Returns can be initiated from your order status page. Please remember that certain conditions like being within 30 days of purchase, and the merchandise being in a new, unused condition applies for returns.

To return an item, you need to go to the Rockauto website and enter the order number in the "Returns & Exchanges" winch located in the "Order Status & Returns" tab. Follow the instructions provided for a smooth return. Once the return process is initiated and accepted, Rockauto will process the refund for the original item. To exchange for a new item, you would need to place a new order. Unfortunately, Rockauto does not directly exchange items, you would need to do a return and then a repurchase.
