Help with my Rockauto issue

ordered a part order * ******** sent me confo then said because of a previous problem i had with receiving a wrong part and making them reimburse me for shipping they have sent a email saying they will not fill my order.how ever this morning the money for this recent transaction has been taken out of my bank account this am.i want to know if the part that i just paid for is going to or has been shipped as i need to notify my bank .thank you

No one called me as promised and the. Lord and said it was taken care of this is unacceptable behavior for a company as large as rock auto.
