I’ve just received my order of my **** ram **** front bumper and realized it was the wron one. I thought I selected without fog lights bump the bumper I received came with the cutout for fog lights. Realizing this I went back to the website as directed to return and exchange for the right part and seen that I had to print out a ****pping label that would cost me $***.**. Would like to know if there is a better way to deal with this. Really don’t like thought there is no customer with y’all over the phone speaking with someone that works for rockauto based on that this will probably be the last time I order auto parts from rockauto! Never had these issues in the past!
I trust that Rockauto will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
