On ********* I purchased a steering rack from you (********) and it is defective. Your choices for me are refund or store credit. In any event I must return the defective rack. When I purchase the replacement rack from you, you will be expecting a core back and I will be expecting the core charge back? You have my original core so I would expect you would give me the core credit based on the original one I sent you for the first purchase and the defective rack being returned to you.
