Help with my Rockauto issue

I tried about three times to place a order by using the same credit card I used the last time I ordered , but it wants to send me a verification code so that the order can be processed. The problem is the number I have on file is my phone number for my home. They don't have a number where I can get the code so I can proceed to place the order.
GetHuman633415 did not yet indicate what Rockauto should do to make this right.
