I received an empty case with a paper copy of the movie disc from the Redbox rental machine at my Kroger.

GetHuman-pattiduq did not yet indicate what Redbox should do to make this right.

I called Redbox and told them what happened, they opened an inquiry to find out who had the movie before me so they could be charged for the cost & they are sending a technician to remove the empty case from the redbox machine so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
