The problem I ran into: Took me over a week before I finally was able to eject disc with the help of Apple.
it wouldn’t play and it wouldn’t eject. Tried lots of things for a week and finally had to call Apple for help in ejecting the dvd.. Am concerned I have to pay for ** days rental. Hate to return it to the box, and mess up the next renter. Do I need to mail it back to Redbox?
I trust that Redbox will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
