The issue in GetHuman-ryutubeb's own words
I was trying to log in, when I got the message that I have been terminated. ... I was terminated for "unauthorized*disputed charges". I'm sure this was a mistake, since I never ever linked a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account to my Roblox user "FanboiRyu" ever.
I have never linked a credit card, debit card, or PayPal to my account. How is this even possible? There must have been a mistake.
They could make this right by un-terminating me, and giving me access to my account back. I would like them to look into every detail they can, since I really have no idea how this even happened. I have not disputed any charges, and I definitely have not used someone else's credit card*PayPal to buy anything on the site. Every cent I bought came from my own pocket. I'd hate to lose that. I will be calm, polite, patient, and co-operative as possible through all this.
I've been a customer since the summer of ****. This account was made the summer of ****. I have spent a lot of money on my Roblox account "FanboiRyu", and I would never ever do something like use a stolen credit card to get my account deleted.
I've tried emailing and phoning in, but I guess it's *th of July so they were off.
