The message says that depending on your inquiry, you may be asked to leave a voicemail with your email address to get further assistance. It then directs you towards their online support form for the most expedient service. If you stay on the line, you're given two options: press one for players under the age of 18, or two for parents, credit card holders, and business-to-business contacts. Pressing zero will take you straight to a voicemail box that immediately begins recording.

The first option is just a recording directing you to the online form. It specifically recommends it for account help, reporting game issues, or sharing ideas for the game. It says that they are not able to assist you via this phone line. This message will repeat a couple of times, and then the call disconnects. 

The second option takes you to another menu tree. For some reason, this recording is much quieter. The first option is for information on canceling your account, which gives instructions on how to do so. The second option is a voicemail box for other billing or account assistance. It asks for your name, email address, account username, ticket number (if you have one), and details regarding your inquiry. The recording tells you to ensure all of the information is spelled correctly because they'll follow up via the email address you give them. The last two options in this menu are a voicemail box for business-to-business inquiries and directions to a third-party website for employment verification. You can also press zero for all other calls, which takes you to the voicemail box that begins recording without any further instructions.
