Yesterday morning, I logged into my Roblox account on my phone and was prompted to link a verification email for a code to access it. After successfully doing so, I used Roblox without any issues. However, later in the day around 5 or 6 pm, I repeatedly received an "incorrect password or username" message when trying to log in. Despite entering my password several times, the problem persisted. I reached out to Roblox support with my billing details and all possible relevant information, but the responses seem automated and not helpful. I attempted to reset my password through the verified email, but I never received the reset email. This situation is causing me immense frustration, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently discovered that my account was deleted due to allegedly creating or using another account to avoid an enforcement action taken against a different account. This accusation is baseless, as I have been an active player on Roblox for over four years and have always prioritized being a positive member of the community. The claim that I would resort to creating additional accounts to evade enforcement action is unfounded and untrue. I kindly request the restoration of my account, or if that is not feasible, a full refund for all my transactions, including purchases of Robux, in-game items, and avatar items.

I was unfairly banned from Roblox for allegedly misusing the system. The moderator's note mentioned that I was evading bans on other accounts, which is completely untrue. Both my account and my brother's account were banned, but my alternate account was not, contradicting their reasoning. I have been banned for 3-4 days now and want to resolve this before the ban is extended to 30 days. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Roblox, I am reaching out today because I have lost access to my account for four years now. My account name is "Channellix." I changed the password in late [redacted] to give the account to one of my subscribers. Unfortunately, I cannot recover my account because I did not link a phone number to it. Even if I had, I would not be able to access it now as I have changed my phone number. Roblox, could you please help me recover my password and send it to me via email? To provide proof, I appeared in a YouTuber's video named "Maeva Games Videos." The video title is "I ONLY TRADE MAGICAL DOORS IN ADOPT ME!" Hello, I paid twenty euros for my ten-year-old daughter's games. Today, she replied to a girl who was teasing her and her friends. My daughter remained very polite and asked the girl to stop, but she continued, and my daughter responded. Please review the conversation and reactivate the account. My daughter, Jordynn, is unable to access her account with the username Aestheticsunny8382. We have been facing this issue for months without any assistance. This situation is particularly distressing as she enjoys playing the game and we have invested a significant amount of money in it. All we require is a password reset. I have been a player on the Roblox platform for a few years now, and I have been encountering some issues with them. Twice, I have purchased limited items in the store, the first one for [redacted] Robux and the second for [redacted] Robux, totaling 75 euros. Both of these items bought with my money have been deleted by Roblox themselves. I have contacted them asking for a refund of the Robux or for the items to be restored, but they claim it is impossible. However, they can refund me Robux for small items like clothing. I would like to know if it is normal for me to spend my money and not be able to recover what I have bought.

I recently encountered an issue with my 5-year-old account on ROBLOX that was hacked and stolen. The hacker changed the email and password, and despite reaching out to ROBLOX support by filling out their online form, I only received a generic response stating that they could not assist me due to no email being associated with the account. However, I have 5 years' worth of emails from ROBLOX in my inbox related to this account, along with a subscription and an email confirmation from [redacted] when I updated my username to the current one. It's frustrating that this evidence is not considered sufficient proof of my ownership.
