Was visiting Utah in August of ****. Purchased new North Face shoes from the REI***, Sandy, UT store Aug **, ****, with tax $***.**. Sometime Nov, Dec, Jan shoelace support loop ripped off. I was living in Maryland (**** Boyd Dr Edgewater, MD *****) and called customer service. You sent replacement shoes and I sent the old shoes back. The new shoes experienced the same issue this week. Now that I am living in Utah, I went back to the same store to exchange for a different model North Face shoes. I did not have receipt, and even though my bank statement shows payment, they would not credit my exchange* I had to purchase the new shoes. I would like you to reimburse my CC or issue reimbursement. North Face and REI always stand by their products. I have receipts for new purchase, bank statement for CC ending in ****.
