Last night I tried to book a hotel room on Priceline and I had a bad internet connection and when I went to book the room it froze and then rebooted the website so I was unable to book a room well later on in the evening after business hours I looked at my account and realized that somehow I booked the same room twice in a matter of seconds and I'm trying to figure out how I can be reimbursed to my account considering I never stayed at the hotel and I have no confirmation number I haven't gotten a confirmation email and when I tried to book it on Priceline it said bummer your card information is wrong so so I don't have a trip number I don't have a phone number I don't have a reference number or confirmation number but I've been charged for two hotel rooms through Priceline I need to get the money back in my account as soon as possible if you could let me know how I can do this as soon as possible I'd appreciate it.
