I stayed at the Extended Stay on **** Roselle I** from Tuesday August * until August **th ****. I also have a Trip for August **-**. The next morning of our stay I complains about the cleanliness of our room. (Kitchen and Bathroom)( SHOWER CURTAIN AND TUB SMELL LIKE HUMAN UNRINE) to the front desk manager. He handled that matter and had someone clean our room the next day. Well upon returning to our room late that night we discovered blood on the sheets behind the pillows. Once again the next morning I returned to the front desk and discussed the issue with another manager. I told him about the blood and that I had bites all over my arm and leg . I asked him for a fitted sheet to change the one on the bed that had blood. Upon changing the sheets that day we discovered that the Mattresst Pad, and other bedding had Large and small soil spots, Blood spots and etc. My wife called the front desk lady to our room and shows her our findings. She failed to even care. She BECKY) even said that she “HAD GUEST TO ATTEND TOO” once we stayed we did not feel comfortable staying in ANY ROOM in that hotel. At this point I That she thought we were not GUEST who had been staying there since Tuesday. We asked her for manager numbers and refunds and she would not assist us even tried not giving us a paper receipt.
