This is the first time (and maybe last time) ordering delivery via Postmates . Since you are the only delivery service which delivers Shake Shack I decided to sign up. After waiting an hour for my food to arrive I buzz up your delivery person and leave my door open. I hear cursing up the stairwell and go out to it to see what is wrong. Your delivery man literally spilled melted shake all the way from my lobby up to my fourth floor landing. I had to clean up all of the spilled and sticky coffee shake I ordered, AND none of the food "delivered" could be salvaged. Please refund me the total of my order . Elvin P (my postmate) also reeked of weed. He kept saying he didn't realize there was a shake inside. It says there is a shake ordered via Postmates, does it not?

GetHuman-pangzvan did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
