After placing my order two hours ago, the website still shows that my order is being prepared, no one from Postmates has yet to pick up my delivery, and my delivery time keeps getting pushed back. I contacted the restaurant to ask about the status of my order, but they had not even received the order. Thus, I have no choice but to cancel my order on Postmates. When I went to cancel my order, it said I would have to pay for my order plus a cancelation fee, which is ridiculous. I expect a full refund, since this mishap is no fault of my own and clearly a problem on Postmates' end. **Please contact me immediately at the number below (***-***-****). I would like to speak with a representative to confirm that my credit card was refunded and to cancel my Postmates account
