I am becoming extremely frustrated. I am unsure why I have not received my refund. I have sent messages and waited, but nothing has happened. I urgently need my money back. Additionally, I require a $25 credit immediately so I can purchase food for myself and my child. It is essential that we eat! The service provided is appalling. Is this how you treat people in need? My child is crying, and I am unable to feed her as I have run out of breastmilk. My child is at risk of starving. I need a prompt response before this situation escalates further. Rewriting this message repeatedly is becoming tiresome. If I am forced to continue, the messages will become more detailed and include unnecessary information. Please respond promptly as I am starting to feel unwell.

I purchased 2 pints of ice cream from Jenni's Ice Cream in Atlanta using Postmates. I ordered one for myself and one for my boyfriend, but when the Postmates delivery arrived, there was only one pint - and it was the wrong flavor meant for my boyfriend. Being 4 months pregnant, I was really looking forward to my treat and am upset that my order was incorrect, despite the delivery person being nice. This is my second time using Postmates, but I am now hesitant to do so in the future. I paid over $30 for the ice cream, while I could have bought Ben & Jerry's locally for much less. I am frustrated and requesting a full refund.

Hello, I am a first-time user and unfortunately, this is the second complaint I've had to make. My food was delivered cold and uncooked. The enchiladas were not even melted inside, and the sauce was watery. The fajitas did not come with the special instructions followed, and were prepared incorrectly missing side orders like sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. I left a message for the driver to check the order, but it seems it was missed. I am disappointed as I previously contacted you about the $10 first-time user discount, and now I can't even reach you to resolve these issues. I had to contact another delivery service to reorder my dinner. Furthermore, it appears I will be double charged while you hold an additional authorization charge for the same meal and tips. Desmond Harrell Sep 30, 11:58 AM CDT Hello Postmates, I encountered an issue regarding the charges labeled as "Other" on my recent order. Last night, I placed an order for the 9.71 general orange chicken with chow mein. Upon ordering, there was no additional charge displayed for the chow mein. However, I received a call stating there would be an upcharge for the chow mein. When my food arrived, the chow mein was cold, despite being mentioned to address the charge discrepancy. In the end, I was billed a total of 16.45, which included the 11.70 for the chicken, taxes totaling 13.60, and an additional 2.86 service fee. I am uncertain how my initial order of 9.71 escalated to nearly 17 dollars. Thank you, Desmond

Good Afternoon, I am writing to share a disappointing experience we had with a recent Postmates order. Our office placed a nearly $70 order for the team. Despite receiving a notification that the delivery had arrived, no one came to our office. Contacting customer service only resulted in a generic apology and refusal to address the issue. This lack of assistance is unacceptable considering our frequent use of Postmates for office orders. We are considering canceling our subscriptions due to this incident. We expect better customer service with a willingness to resolve problems, rather than a dismissive attitude. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will advise others in our office complex to reconsider their use of Postmates and share our experience on social media platforms. Thank you.

I am disappointed with my recent order. I paid $7 for three tacos but only received one and the wrong soda. Despite being charged $16 for delivery, a promo code was meant to reduce it to $11, but my bank statement shows $15 was deducted initially, and later an extra $20 was taken out. This error is unacceptable, and I have evidence to support my claim. I will request a refund as this situation has left me feeling that this app cannot be trusted. I placed an order with Olive Garden on 10/4, but the driver, Jamie C, never delivered it. When I called the number provided on the app, he picked up and then hung up on me. Despite multiple texts with no response (I have screenshots), he marked the order as delivered and even asked for a tip. I had to reorder through Postmates and contact Olive Garden myself. Consequently, I have been charged twice for the same order that I never received. I'm requesting a refund for the first undelivered order or I will have to charge it back due to services not being rendered. The situation is extremely frustrating as the driver lied about the delivery and then tried to solicit a tip. I need an email confirmation of the refund to JenniferFritchey@gmail. It's disappointing to encounter such dishonesty when I rely on these services to feed my kids. I hope for more transparency and honesty from Postmates drivers in the future.

I encountered a serious issue at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Orange, CA. The manager assured me he initiated a refund for my Postmates order from October 4th, [redacted], as the food was unacceptably disorganized, cold, and inedible. The delivery took far too long, items were missing, and the driver mishandled the food. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with Postmates, they only refunded me $3.23 out of $49.30. Even though I understand the service fees, I expected a complete food cost refund of $49.30 while allowing them to retain their other charges. The driver's delays, poor handling, and alleged theft further worsened the situation. Despite multiple attempts to contact Postmates, their unresponsiveness frustrates me. I firmly believe Postmates should reimburse me the entire $49.30 for the uneatable food ordered through their service, especially since BJ’s has already refunded the amount. If Postmates fails to address this promptly, I will involve my credit card company to reclaim the funds. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I doubt I will use Postmates again.

I placed an order at Fiouna restaurant last night for two chicken dishes with rice, salad, and soup. When the delivery driver arrived, I only received one chicken dish without any of the sides. I inquired about the missing order, but the driver was unaware and mentioned that he was given only one package, confirming it was indeed for one order. I was charged for two orders, but one was missing entirely, and the other lacked the promised rice, salad, and soup. I placed an order for food at around 1:45. Initially, the estimated time of arrival was 2:30, but it kept getting delayed. Currently, it's 3:43, and the store closes at 3 pm. It's frustrating as the food shouldn't take this long to prepare and deliver. This isn't the first time this has happened. The order shouldn't have been accepted if they couldn't manage it within their closing hours. This delay is unacceptable. I have encountered similar issues before, where orders were accepted but not fulfilled due to the store closing. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as I sit here without the food I ordered. Additionally, there are three pending transactions from Postmates that I'm concerned about.

Hello, I placed an order from Ming’s Dynasty today, October 5, [redacted]. When the delivery driver was one minute away, I went outside to meet them. However, I never saw a car, even though I received a notification that the driver had arrived. I even checked the back entrance of my building. Upon checking my phone, I noticed a missed call from a Greensboro, NC number, just less than a minute ago. I tried to call back, but the call wouldn't go through. In the app, when I tried to contact the driver, I couldn't select text or phone. After reopening the app, I saw that the driver marked the delivery as completed, even though I never saw them. I raised the issue with Postmates, but they closed it without reaching out to me. Since I was outside waiting and the driver didn't make a visible effort to deliver, I missed their call by minutes, and I didn't receive my order, I believe I'm entitled to a refund for the Ming’s order. This was the first issue I've had with Postmates, and I hope to resolve this promptly. Thank you.

I encountered two issues. Firstly, the website incorrectly displayed the price of tortilla chips at $1.00, but I was charged $2.00 for large chips when I completed my order. Secondly, the rice I received was burnt, and the aroma affected the entire meal stored together. Despite attempting to submit a complaint, only one issue was acknowledged. After contacting Rubios, the manager offered a code for a free meal, but the code provided did not work when I tried to use it. Due to my disabilities related to kidney failure and relying on delivery services due to being on dialysis, I am reaching out for assistance in receiving a functional code for another meal.

My initial experience with Postmates was disappointing. Despite the postmate's effort to assist with my order, I was unsatisfied with both the food and the app. Unfortunately, I did not receive my sides or the extra add-ons I requested for each platter. Even after contacting customer support, I was still charged for items I never got. I appreciate the postmate's hard work, but the service left me disappointed. I am hoping for a full refund for this subpar experience with the app.

I placed an order and was informed that a driver was on the way to pick it up. Shortly after, I received a notification saying that my order was canceled. I noticed there is still a pending charge of $22.80 on my bank account for authorization purposes, which is frustrating. I believe this charge should be canceled immediately. I think I should even be credited more than $5 due to the inconvenience caused by the $22+ charge, especially since the order is not being delivered. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. This is not the first time I've encountered such unreasonable situations with this company, and it is leaving me upset. I keep hoping for better experiences, but I am consistently let down.

Hello. I am a regular customer of yours. In the past, I have faced issues with orders, which I understand is not the fault of the delivery person. However, recently, I encountered an upset delivery employee who complained about having to pay for parking each time she delivers to my location in the mall. I offered to cover her parking expenses to resolve the issue. I rely on your service for its convenience, but if I have to go out to meet the delivery person, I might as well pick up my own lunch nearby. Do you provide compensation for parking to your delivery staff? Despite the challenging mall environment, I shared my frustrations with the employee upon receiving my meal, but the situation escalated with her defensive tone over the phone. Now, I am unsure whether to tip her, give a poor rating, or how to proceed. The overall experience was not pleasant, especially with the employee's raised voice during our interaction. My order was from The Halal Guys.

I was waiting for my order, and it was very late, around 1:30 am. The order was never delivered, and the system canceled it, but still charged my card a large amount of $58. Now, I am low on funds. I need a refund promptly. If not, I will inform others about the poor service and unreliability of this app. I cannot wait seven days, not even half a day. I had confidence in making a significant purchase, and now it's canceled. I even had to tip the driver? 😂 I expect my funds to be returned to my account promptly. Please do it ASAP. If I don't receive compensation for this inconvenience, I will never use this app again.

I placed an order on Saturday, October 6th at The District Pour House in Waldo, Kansas City, Missouri using Postmates. Unfortunately, my initial order did not go through for some reason, so I placed a second order which included an additional item. Strangely, both orders were charged to my account despite being placed one minute apart on the same date. Below are the charges from my bank statement: - 10/06/[redacted] Postmates Temp Auth San Francisco Ca 1 - $72.80 Authorization Pending - 10/06/[redacted] Postmates Temp Auth San Francisco Ca 1 - $95.60 Authorization Pending I am willing to accept the $95.60 charge for the correct order but would like to be refunded the $72.80 for the duplicate order I did not receive. The first order should have been declined, prompting me to place a second order. I have already spoken to my bank, and they suggested I reach out to you before proceeding with a claim. Thank you, S. I attempted to use the app three times, but each time my order was canceled shortly after being confirmed. Today, I placed an order at Asian Box that seemed to go through, but it remained on hold for 20 minutes with no signs of preparation or a driver picking it up. Since I only have a 30-minute lunch break, I had to cancel the order. I noticed a policy stating a $15 charge for cancellations during food preparation. Does this also apply when there are no available drivers in my area? It was frustrating to experience these issues. Thank you.

I have security cameras, and upon reviewing the footage, no one attempted to deliver the pizza. Despite not receiving the food, I have been billed for it along with your service, which is unacceptable. I attempted to deliver an order to Taqueria Garibaldi for Isela, but found the restaurant closed at 10:00 p.m. I tried contacting the customer but was unsuccessful due to undeliverable texts and incorrect phone numbers. Eventually, after multiple attempts, I managed to reach Isela and inform her about the situation. In the future, it would be beneficial to have options in the app to address closings and invalid contact information. I will now have to select a resolution option to close out the order. Compensation for the wasted time and communication issues would be appreciated. The lack of direct Postmates Support within the app and limited options for reasons when reporting issues is frustrating. I hope for better solutions in the future.
