I placed an order with Wendy’s for a Baconator combo and a Son of a Baconator combo. The order confirmation reflected both items, with a total payment of $30. However, when the Postmate driver arrived, they only had the Son of a Baconator. Upon querying the missing item, the driver hastily departed, claiming the app only displayed one meal. I am requesting a refund for the missing meal and the delivery fee. This experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied, and I have lost trust in using Postmates in the future. It is unacceptable for your app to not accurately portray orders, leading to such discrepancies during delivery. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly.

I've encountered two failed Postmates orders within the last three days without prior notification, resulting in over an hour of waiting time. The initial incident occurred with a Royal Oaks, Michigan restaurant order, and after waiting for an hour and a half, I received a notification that no drivers were available. Subsequently, I tried ordering from a burger place listed on your platform tonight. Although my order was placed and a temporary charge was applied, no drivers accepted the order. Contacting Little Brothers Burgers revealed they never worked with Postmates. This inconsistency is perplexing, as their restaurant appeared on your site, leaving me waiting fruitlessly for another hour. This has been one of my most frustrating experiences with a food delivery service.

I have not received payment for my deliveries in about 2 weeks. Today is my son's birthday, and I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing issue. Despite waiting patiently, all I have seen is a mere penny added to my account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly by transferring the owed funds to my account. I am considering taking legal action due to the discrepancies in the transactions on my card. It is difficult for me to manage and continue working for your company without compensation. I had an issue with a delivery driver who went to the wrong gate that was exit only. Despite having a live guard at our entry gate, the driver didn't attempt to enter. This has never been a problem with previous Postmates drivers. Frustratingly, when I raised the issue on Twitter, a customer service rep claimed the driver was at the correct gate but lacked a code to enter and had to move on due to another delivery. I explained there is no code, only a live guard at the gate. After an unproductive conversation, requesting to speak to a supervisor was denied, stating I had reached the highest level of support. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the customer service rep, especially when the conversation suddenly disappeared after I had politely challenged their statements.

As a first-time user of the Postmate app, my experience was disappointing. After waiting 45 minutes, the delivery driver, who had difficulty communicating due to language barriers, informed me he was still waiting for the food. Unfortunately, the driver left, resulting in my order being discarded as it was being prepared. This lack of communication was frustrating, leading me to decide not to use the app again. My food was delivered wet. The driver spilled soda on our bag full of food, including our burrito and tacos, which got wet because they were only wrapped in foil. All the remaining items were very cold, and my son's chocolate milk for his kids' meal was missing. I am greatly disappointed. The food wasn't warm at all, as if it had been stored in the fridge. Having the food wet and the tortillas soaked with soda is unacceptable. While accidents happen, the lack of effort to make it right is disheartening. Instead of bringing the food to me, my boyfriend had to go meet the driver in the lobby. If it were up to me, I would have sent the food back. I would never have accepted such a delivery.

I ordered a sandwich, fries, and a drink from Hooters, but the sandwich was missing from my delivery. I called Hooters, and initially, they claimed I hadn't ordered it. After some back and forth, they acknowledged the mistake and offered to comp my meal. I managed to get a refund through the app without any issues. When I called Hooters again to check on the missing sandwich, I encountered the same unhelpful employee. Eventually, the manager promised to compensate for the sandwich and asked me to reorder. However, when I did, the order was canceled due to being too busy. After wasting an hour and a half on this, all I received was fries. This has been a disappointing experience with Hooters, and I feel let down by their customer service.

I received an incorrect order. I had ordered 13 cookies, but I only received 1. Due to this, my total dropped below the free delivery minimum and I was charged for delivery. I had requested plain sandwiches with just chicken and bread twice, but they were delivered with everything on them, including tomatoes which my daughter and I are allergic to. The McDonald's receipt does not reflect the correct order of plain sandwiches. I'm unsure if I should return the sandwiches myself to get the correct ones. Please refund the $5.99 delivery fee as the error was on the driver's part. Any advice on how to proceed with the incorrect sandwiches would be appreciated.

I recently tried ordering from Postmates for the first time, only to realize later that my order was set for pickup instead of delivery. It was frustrating to have to cancel and reorder, only to then find out the delivery area was out of range. I had to re-order from a different place in the end. Hello, I'm George Ferguson. I recently received an email stating my rating is below 4.7 despite not having completed 20 deliveries yet. This occurred after I raised a concern about the mileages provided for deliveries on my bicycle. Although I always deliver on time and have had no previous issues, the app sometimes provides me with incorrect addresses. My ratings are consistently high on Caviar, DoorDash, and UberEats at 99% accuracy. I own www.mayaorganicsoaps.com, and I find this situation insulting. I enjoy meeting people through this work, but the app's inaccuracies in distance calculations lead to frustration for customers and delivery personnel. After addressing these concerns in an email, my rating dropped to 4.6 inexplicably. If the app chooses to deactivate me without cause, there may not be much I can do, but I believe this action was taken in response to my feedback.

I recently started working for Postmates on 9/13/18 and made my first delivery on 9/14/18. After delivering the order, the app froze when I tried to mark it as delivered. It remained frozen until 9/15/18. I had to select the "ordered not delivered" option to unfreeze it, but then received a notification that I violated some terms of agreement. I tried to find Postmates' contact number prior to selecting the "not delivered" option, but couldn't. Despite numerous emails, I haven't received a response. I want Postmates to remove my account, bank details, and collect their delivery bag and visa back. I have had issues and believe the company lacks competence. I wish to escalate this to the CEO to express my dissatisfaction with the company and request complete disassociation. Postmates should improve their IT support and have better customer service assistance for users facing problems.

I placed an order on September 17th and included my gate code and apartment number in the description. Unfortunately, the delivery person called from what seemed to be a blocked or scam number, so I missed the call. No text was received, which is unusual as I usually have my orders delivered to my door. Feeling unwell, I was unable to locate the driver upon realizing my food had been delivered and they were requesting a tip. Frustrated, I couldn't reach the driver despite multiple attempts. Due to not receiving my order, I had to reorder out of necessity since I had not eaten the entire day. I insist on a full refund and some form of compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. If not resolved adequately, I will escalate this matter further. The customer service provided in this situation is unacceptable, and I expect better treatment as a loyal customer.

I placed an order with Postmates for my medical office at 10:15 AM. In the notes, I requested delivery by 11:30 AM. I ordered 13 drinks, but only one was delivered. I also ordered 4 chopped chicken salads, one Asian chicken salad, a small Caesar salad for a half soup half salad, and a small soup, none of which were delivered. Only a few items from my order were received. I paid $[redacted] for this order. After contacting the food provider, I found out they only received a portion of my order. I had to spend an additional $90 to get the missing items. I am requesting a refund for the incomplete order due to the inconvenience it caused my office and myself. I will also be filing a dispute with American Express regarding this issue.

I am frustrated with my recent order experience. I was unable to customize my order by requesting sour cream on the side, no ice in my drink, or a side of chipotle sauce. Upon calling the store, I was informed that my order had been prepared 30 minutes prior to the pick-up time, resulting in the sour cream being hot and my food not being at the right temperature. I am disappointed that my drink will likely be watered down, and I am unable to get the chipotle sauce I prefer. I typically rely on chipotle sauce and am dissatisfied that I couldn't leave specific instructions or contact the store to make these adjustments. I am also upset that I would be charged over $20 to cancel my order shortly after placing it. This situation is frustrating and results in a waste of money, as I do not want to eat hot sour cream.

I have been attempting to make deliveries in the New York City boroughs. My app has been showing "In Progress" for over four months now. Everything else seems fine. As a Postmate driver, a few weeks ago I received a text informing me about a special parking lot for Postmate drivers at Walmart. I visited the Walmart at [redacted] N.E. [redacted] St. North Miami Beach to access delivery jobs, but I couldn't locate the designated area. Despite inquiring inside the store, I couldn't get any information. Are these special lots only available at specific Walmart locations? Can you provide details on Walmart sites in the Miami, Hollywood, or Hallandale Beach areas where I can participate in the program? I was recently charged for Postmates on my card, even though I don't have an account. Upon investigating, I found that my ex-roommate added my card numbers to her Postmates account. I promptly removed my cards from her account, which are MC-[redacted] and VISA-[redacted]. Her account email is [redacted]. I have evidence to support this, including screenshots of her account and my bank statement. I have also accessed her account and deleted my cards. I am requesting a full refund and suggest that her account be closed for fraudulent activity.
