I signed up with your sight originally on April **th. I paid for the *-month upgraded membership you charged my debit card and for one day I was able to access the upgraded membership. I was clearing out my phone when I accidentally unsubscribe from POF. When I reinstalled the app and used my password it did not recognize it. So I had to re-register just to view the site. I am back on the site with the same email but I have no upgraded service and you charged me $**. I like your site and would just like my upgraded membership restored. I would appreciate your help thank you
