Go to POF.Com
Go to the official website to delete your account using a desktop or laptop computer.
Go to the Settings Page
Scroll to Delete My Account
Keep scrolling until you see Delete My Account.
Tap Delete Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully delete your POF account.
Use the next steps below if you're deleting the account using the web browser on your mobile phone.
Click on the Profile Icon
Log in to your account and tap the profile icon to get to My Profile.
Hit Manage Account
Select Delete My Account
Tap delete my account and follow the on-screen prompts. You can also select Hide My Profile under Profile Visibility if you prefer to take a break from the dating website.

Tap Manage Account

Select the Timeframe
After successfully taking a break from POF, your account will be paused (as opposed to being deleted) and you won't be able to send or receive messages. Your profile also won't be seen on the Discovery page. However, all of your old messages and photos will still be in the profile. To start using POF again, just log back into your account.
